I thought they were a used computer store, but as it turns out, they mainly build and sell new computers, although they do sell SOME used computers. They also service computers AND printers and are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I had taken my computer to two other places that told me they couldn't help me but these guys fixed my problem in NO TIME.... I will never shop anyplace else again!

These folks run a computer shop and dont have a clue about much. We had a bust power supply but it was from Dell. We enquired around for a replacement and these guys said they had one in stock. We told them it needed special connectors and they said all power supply are same and will work with all machines. And when we checked them out, they didnt have the one we needed.

My family, friends and I have shopped at Computer Heaven over the past years and have all been somewhat disappointed. Their selection is somewhat limited and their prices are somewhat high. Some of the staff is quite knowledgeable but others are not very helpful or nice.
