This is the kind of small business that is talked about in the media, where there is a personal relationship developed almost immediately. I began my computer repair search at Best Buy, where a "contract" for the services was required upfront before the back was off the tower. With Best Buy there was that immediate feeling of stepping into someone else's world where you are a stranger. My second effort was with Computer Expert, where the opposite occurred and I was cautioned not to spend money unwisely! Ultimately they repaired my computer perfectly at a very fair price. I really recommend Computer Expert.

I have found that most computer men will barely fix a problem with your computer and teach you nothing to keep it in it's best order. This is not the way with Monir. He not only has fixed my boyfriend's computer(complete harddrive crash, new installation, software/drivers inputted, warranty help, etc) but has advised me completely on my own computer, free of charge. He talks candidly about what you need the computer for, what upgrades are suitable, and what is not needed. He is able to give amazing advice on how to speak to technical support, given advice about warranties, spoken about what products and brands are worthwhile, how to keep your computer in best working order, and how to get the BEST price possible. I learned how to haggle with Dell and the words to use when talking with them. He has been informative and helpful. He does not overcharge (take a look at computer stores!) and he is very friendly. It's easy to see why he has so many positive reviews and I would recommend him to anyone - even a stranger I overhear talking about their own computer issues. He's fantastic!

12/7/10: Computer Experts accepted my Dell Mini laptop for repair because it would not boot. After a speedy diagnosis, Computer Experts called to inform me I'd need a SSD hard drive. They not only contacted Dell for a quote but also queried Dell if they would accept the repair under a warranty, if it was purchased today (the PC was out of Dell warranty period). Dell allowed me to buy the warranty and then covered the cost of the repair completely. This saved me hundreds of dollars!! Computer Experts provided all the support I needed to deal with Dell and continued the support after the warranty was purchased. It took Dell 2 days to deliver the drive. In no time it was in and I was back up and running!

I would definitely recommend Computer Experts for your PC repair. It is hard to find customer service at this level these days, and they more than provided for the best care for me and my computer.

I didn't know if I should fix my computer or not so I brought in my Sony notebook for a diagnostic. The Computer Experts gave me a menu of options to work from, all of which were fair and well explained. At the end of the day, I was satisfied with the service I got here and I am thankful that there are still honest and reasonable people out there performing computer repairs. Highly recommended.
