Great vet hospital!

Very friendly staff who obviously love pets. The vet did a great job explaining what was wrong when my dog was sick and gave me some options for treatment so I wasn't overwhelmed when I came to pick her up. Very comfortable place and my dog Haley actually likes to go there, even when it's time to get shots.

beware!

i went in for a routine checkup of my dog. while i was waiting in the room i noticed a picture drawn on the whiteboard of an ear canal and a plastic baggy taped below it filled with debris. i thought that was odd, where they giving a class earlier? Dr. Horne took a glance into my dogs ears and told me she had the early stages of an ear infection and that she needed to have her ears flushed. when i questioned him he conveniently turned to his drawing on the white board and the plastic baggy of all the things we might find in my dogs ear! i argued with him for fifteen minutes until he agreed to give me a written estimate. ive had dogs all my life. thye have dirty ears. and you clean them. if they have ear infections, they let you know it. you can clean your dogs ears with solution and cotton balls. DR. HORNE WAS GOING TO PUT MY DOG UNDER FOR AN HOUR AND CHARGE ME 300$ TO CLEAN MY DOGS EARS. DONT GO TO THIS VET!!!!
