The work was fine, just as well as anyone else licensed could have done. As for the type of people they send out...different story. The guy named Matt came out and was arrogant and treated me like he thought I was ignorant because I didn't understand what he was saying. Sorry don't know all the lingo with you heating and air guys, perhaps that's why I chose to call them in the first place. They are pricey and arrogant and in this time of hardship in our country I think he should be as glad to have a job right now.

One hour Heating and Air Conditioning are quick to respond when the heat goes out! I had my heat pump go out when it was 20 degrees outside and they came out with out any complaints. The pricing was high but they were there when I needed them.
