Picture pixilates OFTEN. Sound goes in and out. Music Channels blip constantly. No On Demand Service-it never works. Been trying to resolve since 2007. Every time they come out, they want to start at square one.It's already been determined problem is out in the field. Must be, no one works there.

I pull up my nearest comcast office to get a phone number...so far so good, call the number and get somebody in Mississippi. All I want is to know the hours of operation to see if I can turn in my box. How difficult would it be to put the hours open on the front page with the map and phone number.

here i sit, after 3 phone calls to comcast, getting cut off each time, on my 4th call, i got a rep. on the phone saying i like to open an account, he put me on hold, ...........when he came back i will say he was professional.....we completed the "opening of the account"......
