who are they paying to write a good review???
I figure it must be friends/family of those that work there because I have never seen such a salon full of hairdressers with snotty attitudes. I started out with Audra who was great, but she left. Then my troubles began. First Kate, who never even spoke to me while she did my color, nor asked how I liked It (I didn't). Then Kay, who after she applied my color, sat me in the furthest dryer from her (on the hair cutting side) even though virtually every dryer was available. Worse, when I was done processing, she had someone else rinse me out and never even came over to see her handiwork. I've never had that happen in over 40 years of having my hair done - hairdressers always want to see the color they created and make sure you like it.
And that's just the coloring side. For cut I had the absolute worst cut of my life with Jon Paul, Marcie (or someone whose name starts with M-she never introduced herself) did a little better but her blowdryer had more personality than she did. Again, didn't ask if I liked it, and actually acted like it was a big inconvenience to her to have to cut my hair. Next I tried Linda next and boy does she ever think she is great. Not so much. And I really can't understand how people think they are reasonable. I've been coming out of there for between $130-$150 (cut and color) not including tip!!! Holy moly, would these hairdressers pay these prices themselves? I think not. That's just too much to spend to put up with these prima donas and not be happy with my hair. I'll keep searching, thanks.
