My mother, sister and myself have been going to Colony Hair for well over 15 years now and we have never had any problems. Karen has just remodeled the entire salon very tastefully. I don't think you know what good quality furniture is. You must shop at Walmart. As far as employees coming and going, that is going to happen with any company! The employees that have left have been by their own choice and not because of the salon itself. Several of the employees including the owner herself have been there as long as we have been going there. They do an amazing job with cut, color and style. If a cheap haircut is what you are looking for, then maybe you should try Super Cuts!
