Thin walls, poor service‎
My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary. While the Inn appears charming enough, we were concerned when we heard banging against the wall that the bed was on the evening of our arrival. This returned at 7am every morning, as it turned out the kitchen for the lobby was right behind our room. Others have complained that they could hear their neighbors, and I'm not surprised. We additionally found that although our towels were replaced, our bed was not made by the housekeepers. We still just don't get that.... In any case, I would not recommend staying here, and we will certainly not be returning to the Colonial Terrace Inn in Carmel‎
