Jay Gnadiner was not only rude at the store on Bardstown in Louisville KY he acted like it was our fault when my husband's shoes came apart. Jay stated that all he could do was refund 10.00 back. This also happen to another person's shoe the same day as well. Take your business to someone who cares. I requested a manager to call me back and he or she never did. He also hung up on me. Jay said he thought I was done talking.
