I was going to use this savlage dealer for a part needed for my husbands dealership. They had to order the part we needed, we paid them with a check that day. They assured us the part would be in the next day by 10am. Although they were somewhat rude when we went into the store in the first place, we really need the part so we went ahead and ordered it. The next morning we called around 10am to make sure the part was there before we headed that way. The store owner answered the phone and was downright RUDE. Told us that he said he would call us when the part was in (which was NEVER mentioned),he used some abusive language, and said he don't need us harrasing him about the part. e then said he would call us when the part was in, and took our phone number. If anywhere else had the part we needed i would have cancelled the check, and went somwhere else right after that phone call. Well around 3pm we get a phone call saying the part was in. We go into the store, and ask for the part. The store owner then began SCREAMING at us using very abusive language, and said that no one called us that the part wasn't in. He told us he doesn't need our business, screamed at us some more, dug our check out of a box crumbled it and then THREW it at us. I've had some bad experiences with business's but NEVER one like this. I was going to report them to the BBB but of course their not registered with them. I WOULD NOT reccommend ANYONE to this company, no matter how badly you need an auto part.!!!!!!
