Very good care over the phone. Once the service person spoke to me, he gave me complete 100% attention and took care of every need. They went above and beyond to help me out. The car was repaired while I waited, they even offered me a rental car (that was on property - no standing in line or long wait). Top notch treatment by service department. Thank you very much! I was in the market for a new car and went to this dealership.
Although I did not purchase here, I was very impressed with the professionalism of the Sales Associate, Carlton. Out of 10 dealerships that I visited, this one was the one that stood out in my mind as being very customer oriented. If I had decided on a Jaguar, I would have felt very comfortable with a purchase at this dealership.
