Dr. Williams really took the time to explain the pros and cons to why some younger kids get braces early. One of my sons is being re-called every year until he is ready to start, free of charge! My oldest son's teeth are coming along great. We always see Dr. Williams at every visit and she keeps us updated on his progress. We appreciate the extra tips, advice, and VIP treatment. We paged the office's pager # on a Sunday to ask about a broken bracket. I expected to hear back from someone who worked for her, but Dr. W. called back herself within 5 minutes. You can tell she really cares about her patients and loves what she does.‎

My daughter was in Orlando for spring break and lost her retainer. She needed a replacement immediately. Dr. Williams got her in the same day, even though she was not her patient. She charged a very reasonable fee, even though she could have taken advantage of the fact that we were in a bind. Professional, conscientious, and kind. We are so grateful!‎
