The Doctor is Great
The receptionish can be a bit rude (until you get to know her) but Dr. Von Sponsen is great and that is why I go there!

We have been taking our dogs to College Animal Hospital since 2000. They have always done a great job and been more than fair regarding fees. It is obvious that the staff truly love animals and as someone else pointed out, that is absolutely not always the case with every vet. Highly recommended.

My two dogs have been patients of Dr. Von Spronson for many years. I have a beagle who gets into everything and a doxie mix who is old and has had many serious health issues. Christine and her staff are caring, kind, knowledgeable and honest! She is a part of our animal family and I trust her and her staff for all my pets' needs. I wouldn't take Brutus and Lillian anywhere else.
Pros: Christine is a very caring, knowledgeable, sensitive and honest vet.

We recently purchased a home nearby College area and we were looking for a Vet nearby for our two dogs. We called on 04-05-10 to find out if they had evening and/or Sat. appointments. Whoever answered the phone rudely said they didn't have time to talk and would call us back. So we decided to stay with our old Vet in North Park. Not a great way to keep a practice going. Oh and they never returned our call!
