I have been going to Cohen's fashion optical for many years. Initially they were very good, but over the past few years, I have had issues with their customer service on contact lenses. They definately have problems with the company they are using to get their contact lenses. On several occasions, I was told it would take about 7-10 days for my contacts to come in and it actually took one month!
Now, the issue I am having is with my daughter. She is getting her first pair of contacts and they told me it would take about 2 weeks for them to come in. It has been over 2 months and I am still waiting. They said they are on back order!!! That is way too long to have to wait in my opinion for contact lenses. I can certainly tell you, as a long time customer, I will not be going back here after this episode and I do not recommend going here if you need to get contact lenses, unless you are willing to wait a very long time!

My mother and I have been going to this optical, with Dr. Maria Cordova, for years. We love coming to this place. The service is great, and there is a wide selection of items. It is also a great location, at the Pembroke Lakes Mall.
