On the weekends it is crazy with a frenzy of people (men and women) literally snatching up anything they can get their hands on. Recently, they expanded their store so now it is twice as big with twice as much inventory. <br /><br /><b>Value:</b> Never buy retail! But be smart about outlet shopping. Just because it is an outlet doesn't mean it is the lowest price or even a good deal. You really need to know your stuff. Coach is reasonably priced for designer handbags.<br /><br /><b>Service:</b> Excellent. A cute lady helped me get a price on a purse that I saw antoher employee wearing. I also tried to negotiate price and was kindly rejected.<br /><br /><b>Quality:</b> Coach has been around for decades and there is a reason why. They never go out of style and they are made well. <br />
