When I think about shopping for clothes in San Diego, the Closet quickly comes to mind, as I’m sure it does for many women here. It seems like every time someone has something new and cute on, it comes from the proverbial “Closet”. With their 4 for 10 deals and the like on cami’s and such, they are hard to beat price wise as far as it comes to buying new clothes. There’s always something in there that you can find that’s cute and affordable. They seem to have the latest trends available always at a fraction of the price, it can be overwhelming actually. The quality is okay, it isn’t the greatest but I’ve never had anything fall apart on me either.

i accidently stumbled across this place when my friend wanted yogurt next door, and then we ended up spending like an hour in here ! the amount of stuff to look at / through is definitely overwhelming. there are racks in the front of discounted clothes where you can find super cheap stuff, but you really have to be in the mood to look. i have gotten some cute clothes here but most of them fall apart really quickly. i guess i should expect no less after spending less than $10 on a shirt, but after one wash, really ?! it just goes to show that you get what you pay for, i guess.

something else worth mentioning is that the sizes are like forever 21 sizing - large in pants is like a size 7 or 9.

If you’re looking for cute clothes at a decent price, definitely visit The Closet! Lots of cute, modern styles for teenage-working adult.
I’ve found a lot of my “going out” outfits and even dressy wedding outfits here for reasonable prices.
But warning, the quality may not be 100% the best. So while you’re not dishing out your wallet, you also aren’t buying something to keep for 10 years.
Still, The Closet is good for basics tees, undershirts, and lots of solid items in a wide array of colors- 10 shirts for $5?
The accessories are kind of cheap looking, though, so I haven’t bought any there.

Closet that'™s on Newport Street in Ocean Beach is a pretty big clothing and accessories store with huge selection of trendy stuff for much less.
The quality is not the best, but if you're not after quality and just looking to purchase a bunch of seasonal items like tank tops in different colors or yoga pants and jump suits to wear round the house this is a great place to shop.
They also have good selection of trendy scarves and the items I always go there for and which is hard to find elsewhere for $1.99 is ankle socks.
Overall, won't break you bank and you can get multiple colorful items for everyday wear.

The Closet has a huge selection of clothing, accessories and even luggage. Their clothing is pretty wicked meaning: bright neon colors and revealing outfits. If you're looking for a place to buy outfits to go clubbing, you’ve found the right spot. The jewelry is cheaply made but you can’t argue with things that are $1. Their clothing is very cheap as well. They have racer back tank tops for as low as $3. The quality of the clothing is poorly made but then again, you can’t complain cause it comes cheap. I’d recommend this place because its cheap! They also have really cute dresses.
