I had G&G come and clean my carpets twice. Will be calling them again next time I need my carpets clean.
staff is courteous, prompt, careful, and very thorough. They take time to protect furniture from dampness damage, work on spots, competent, and pleasant. Hard worker! They even removed the spots the other company claimed it cannot be removed (now I know it was just their excuse). when they left, the carpets were clean, everything was in order, and the carpet nearly dry already. (the other place left it a soggy mess that took days to dry)
I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, and definitely will be calling them again.

Jim was in hurry this day and fit me in. I was grateful for that, but either his hose or his huge metal vacuum head that sucks all the dirt and grime from rugs hit our bedroom door and damaged it. I called him right away, took a photo and then he came over the following week. He said 110% I did not do this I have been in business for 30 years and nothing like this has ever happened. He will not stand behind his damage. No one else was in the house or near the door. He closed the door so the dogs would not get on the rug and I left the house right behind him.
Carpet looks great but he is not welcome back in my home to finish the stairs.
I cannot do business with people that will not admit to an accident.

We have used G&G to clean the carpets in our house several times. They have done a great job each time and we plan on continuing to use them. They arrive on time and are careful that our furniture does not touch the wet carpet afterwards. They send a coupon in the mail to their customers to offer a discount for repeat business.
