Must of us have a hard time finding a good MD this days jet finding a good veterinarian.
My dog had been missdiagnose for several years that was until I was told about Clint Moore Animal Hospital. I was blown away by the frienldy costumer service,from the very first minute . To my surprise I learned that they are opened 7 days a week. (also they have a doctor living next to the practice). They also work with many organizations, Golden Rescue, Ruff Beguinings, K-94u. etc,.
After many months and 2500 dls I had finaly recived an accurate diagnosis after One visit..... I had spent thousands and I had no answer, and Dr. Butzer had no doubts about her diagnosis. My dog is now doing Very well, she was diagnosed with Mega Esophagus. And the medicatios they gave me worked like magic. Thank you so much for caring and working so hard.

Inept staff, made me wait 50 minutes before informing me they thought my appointment was for the next day. I told them I would not wait anymore and left and vet tech said to me as I was leaving go, please leave, little putz... Bunch of idiots, rude, unwelcoming and uncaring. Little customer service practiced. Reminds me of a mill, one of those practices where they make you an appt and are in and out all day long. Also- Expensive. Much friendlier staff and cheaper services elsewhere in Boca. Find someone else pronto!! Take your horse here, that's about it.

Dr. Butzer has done a great job...My pooch is significantly better; I am very glad I was told about Dr. Butzer; great guy, very much an animal lover and was great to my pooch, thanks

The one problem I have with this facility is their pet resort. They leave when the building closes and they don't come back till the next morning. On Sundays the dogs were fed once a day and the last walk was at 2 in the afternoon and they don't get out again until Monday at 7am. A lot of the times the baths were a spritz of cologne for 40 dollars. Def go look at the place ..take the tour and then look at some other places. you will see a huge difference in the care and not just throwing the dogs in a back building.
