They lie to their potential customers with promotional items like "We will pay you $3000 for your current vehicle". Sir you will $3000 in the mail from Nissan- Gave us IOU voucher/receipt for $3000. Waited for the check for the past year and now they say that we have paid you $3000 according to their receipts and that the voucher is fake.. THey are blaming the customer for lying and furthermore, when I tried to reference the salesperson that did the paperwork, their answer is that "he was fired". Bottom line bad people and bad business.
Clear Lake Nissan was the one dealership in the Houston area that was honest from the get go. In fact I actually paid a little extra to do business them. My salesperson was Angel and he told me if i new anyone in the market, give them his number 832-623-3822. I strongly recommend this place to buy a car or service.
Pros : Everyone makes you feel good, Great finance department, great service
Tries to lowball customers on their tradeins. Take copy of Blue Book Trade-in value of your vehicle and walk out if they offer anything less. I also know people who they lied to about vehicles on their lots with seemingly bargain prices, just to get customers to their store. Take your business elsewhere.
