Clear Choice Construction has lost Brandon and Elizabeth. These were the 2 people that made this company one to do business with. My roof was replaced after Brandon and Elizabeth left the company. The result is horrible! They did not even take the shingles down to the edge of the roof. They stopped 2 rows short and called it complete. They also destroyed $10,000 of my gutter guards. They were supposed to remove them before they started on the roof and then replace them as they got to the bottom of the roof. Instead, they put their ladders against the gutter guards and walked all over them. They are now runied! I have attempted to contact Ron, the owner, on multiple occassions, but he will not return my call. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! THEY DO NOT FULFILL THEIR CONTRACT!

I just finished having my roof redone in South Charlotte. When I saw so many houses getting new roofs this month I didn't want to miss out on the opportunity to have mine redone too. The Clear Choice Construction LLC salesman came out to my house for a free evaluation of whether my roof would qualify for replacement by my insurance. He came back the day the insurance adjuster visited my house and checked up on the progress throughout the project. I am extremely happy with the finished product from the quality of the roofing material to the level of detail put towards the flashing and replacement of the gutters. They did a great job of cleaning up after the project and did a great job of protecting my yard and windows during the removal of my old roof. I would definitely recommend Clear Choice Construction LLC to any of my friends and will be using them the next time Charlotte is pummeled by hail.‎‎

Prior to my choosing a roofing company, I did a lot of research both on the web as well as checking references. I was very nervous about the whole insurance thing after my home was hit with hail but... ...

Everyone was so professional and exceeded our expectations with this project providing us with continued guidance throughout the process including working with the insurance company. The job coordinator called one day to set the time, the crew arrived and started prepping the job as the shingles and dumpster arrived. The crew that replaced our roof, were excellent!! They took extra care to protect our shrubs and move the flowerpots, outdoor furniture and returned everything to the original place after cleaning the area. The roofing crew was very efficient and conscientious during the job including the replacement of the vents, adding new vents to the garage, along with painting the stacks. Within the week CLEAR CHOICE CONSTRUCTION LLC inspector was here to check the project and make sure all of our questions were answered.
