Cleaner than most but bad customer service. The sign says they close at 10:00 pm but if you go in one minute after 9:00 pm they tell you that you cannot not do your laundry. I feel that this is just bad employee behavior and that management should consider either changing the closing time to 9:00 or inform the employees that they work until actual closing time and do not send potential customers away. I have used this facility ever since moving here in Novemeber. Due to the bad employee behavior I know that I will not be going back. There are other laundromats available and I intend on using one of them instead of this facility.‎
