I have been Dr. Claveria's patient for over 4 years now, and am extremely pleased with her. Appointments are easily made and wait times are usually short.

The best thing about her is that she is very thorough, methodical and deliberate in delivering her care. She takes time to get all the necessary details and I never felt that I was being rushed.

She offers her opinion or diagnosis only after careful evaluation. Example: I had Lasik surgery done several years ago by another doctor, but recently I noticed some nearsightednes. My Lasik surgeon recommended I come in for a "touch-up" Lasik procedure. I asked her what she thought. Instead of answering right away, she looked through my charts and then recommended against the procedure. The reason - I have higher than normal pressure inside the eye. Combined with further thinning of the tissues that a 2nd lasik procedure would likely entail, the risk outweighed the benefit.

In one of my visits, she was the one to follow up on whether I had been applying the eye drops she previously prescribed to reduce pressure and prevent onset of glaucoma. Turns out I had completely forgotten about this, and her reminder got me back on track.
