Unethical and inept.

I ordered 5 panes of glass from Classic Glass Co. I found as was installing said glass that all 5 panes were 5/8 of an inch short. I called Classic Glass Co to report their mistake and get the glass in the size I had orderd. I was told that they would not recut the glass unless I paid for it again. I would avoid this unethical company like the rodent nest their busness smells like.

If there were a no star rating I would give it to them.
