My insurance company recommended this company. The benefit of using a recommended company was that I didn't have to get 3 quotes. PCC was excellent from start to finish. I highly recommend them. They used genuine Acura parts and replaced every damaged part, rather than simply repairing it.

I crashed my Prius three times in a 30 day period. Chalk it up to having other things on my mind.

Thankfully, I found Pasadena Collision on Insider Pages and brought them my battered car. From the first experience on the phone to the final pick-up, it was an excellent experience. They were professional, courteous and did flawless work on the car. They even completed the work a week before the promised date.

As a bonus, they have a wireless network that I connected to while in the waiting area. With my laptop running and a styrofoam cup of fresh brewed decaf in my hand, I thought for a moment I might be in Starbucks.
