Claim Jumper has great food and drinks but sometimes the service is poor. Last week my boyfriend and I went and sat in the bar and the bartender saw us but never came to greet us for atleast 10 minutes. We moved and sat on the floor with someone else who was great though! Also another time the male bartender had a snobby attitude. Overall for great service - sit on the floor!

I have been coming to Claim Jumper for years. The food is outstanding and portions are large. The service is always really awesome!

First, off, I normally despise chain restaurants. They are usually flash with no substance, high prices, small portions, and twit service.

But I've never yet been disappointed at Claim Jumper.

Amazingly, the food, while expensive as heck, is always of the highest quality. It's delicious, and the portions are enormous. Every single item I have ever gotten there has been, simply, perfect. Even offhand items, like the fish and chips are amazing.

The strawberry lemonade is a must. The service is always good.

My only complaint is that it is prohibitively expensive. It's someplace I'd only ever be able to afford once in a great while. We're talking 10-15 dollars for a sandwich, 13 bucks for Fish and Chips, and $10 for a (nonremarkable) salad bar.

PROS: Fantastic food, huge portions, good selection, good service
CONS: Prohibitively expensive
