Located in the spectacular Frank Lloyd Wright designed Civic Center, it is a very quiet and scenic library. My kids particularly enjoy the children's library, even though the children's area is small -- the children's librarian is especially helpful, willing to make recommendations and search for books the library doesn't have on its shelves. I particularly like the reading lists available, suggesting books for various ages and interests. We also enjoy the stroll through the open air building as well.
