This was perfect for my high energy daughter during her preteen years. She didn't plan on competing but loved learning the skills and meeting new friends. The instructors (mostly highschool and college age) were excellent! There was a large window in the waitig area so you could watch the kids practice and bring the younger siblings along as well.

I took tons of classes here as a kid and I loved it. I thought that the teachers were helpful and knowledgeable. I really improved and enjoyed all of my gymnastics training.
