My daughter and I went there to get our hair cut today. I had a simple trim and I wanted them to give me bangs. the girl did good on the trim but totally bombed on the bangs. it was uneven and really not what i wanted. i had to fix it myself once i got home. as for my daughter, it was her first hair cut. i told the girl what i wanted for her and she did not deliver. when she was done it didnt even really look like she had done anything. i wanted the ends evened up so that the hair fell a and inch or so below her ears and i wanted her to have bangs as well. she just clipped the ends and tried to give her the "side swept" bangs like i wanted. completely not what i wanted. when her hair gets long enough for another trim i will definately not be going back. i will be looking for someone who knows what they are doing and how to listen.‎
