Unreliable

I have tried to have a window replaced with them twice and one time they never even showed up. The second time that put me off for 3 days after the date they had it scheduled for. I told them I had to have it replaced by a certain date, and they never showed up and never called. If I wouldn't have called them then I would have never heard from them. Their prices are outrageous. The price of the glass is only $30 but they charge $160 just to install it, and it takes them like 30 minutes.
