While my car was under warranty getting things fixed was like pulling teeth. I dreaded going in there for even minor things. I went in to get my headliner fixed and it came out worse than when I left it there. It took 6 months for them to fix it completely right. I went in for a $700 repair and they had it fixed when promised, and for less than they originally quoted. They are generally nice but, you might be able to find some place cheaper.
