Very bad service: Very bad service.

I made a reservation 2 days ago, however I didn't see the car at the location & time I specified, so I called reservation # again, seems they don't save my reservation at all. The guy told me 5 minutes, which turns out to be 30 minutes. Dirty taxi, rude driver.

Don't use their service.
