I applied for a loan and things went great there. The people were very nice and everthing was in order. They were able to explain everything to me in detail before i signed anything. Great Customer Service!!

Weslaco Texas branch does not go the extra mile with assistance.
I needed a 500-800 dollar loan and my credit report did not want
to print out. They told me out of hundreds of customers they never
had this problem especially with an existing customer like myself. My wife's credit did not even want to print out. The loan officer transfered me back (w/o telling me) to the front desk and she just said in her exact terms " Hum, I guess that is all we can do". WHAT? So basically here is the problem according to them in the BEGINNING they were unable to help me because they said I needed
to clear it up with the credit agencies. I went online with Equifax
and received my credit report easily. I called experian and their
was some difficulties there. For some reason their was a unauthorized security freeze on my credit. I just hope my identity
has not been stolen. I am checking into that but that's another
dilema. Afterwards, I called them and told them what I had accomplished and printed out my report. They then told me "oh it's our system it only allows what it allows to go through" WHAT? At any rate, I finally got my credit report but not my wife's, just mine. Yes, I know it's unreal huh? So after about 2 weeks I give up they said they will call me to see if I will quailfy just under my credit. So now I have concluded I rather go to jail than think about Citi's customer service (literally). I have 2 warrants out for my arrest I have been working part time for 3 yrs while I completed 2 degrees at this university in Texas. My life is just beginning and I have 3 wonderful children. I recently was offered a full time job here at the university and I have to drive very carefully and wonder if I will make to work or even get home to be with my family in the afternoon. Thanks Citi. As soon as this credit issue is resolved I will go with the highest customer service rated loan company I can find. Then I will go pay my loan off with Citi and get my truck title back. As far as recommendations, I will not recommend Citi to no one.
