The food is not good. I got half cooked food. I not pay for the meal. I left without eating. I got a bill and refused to pay it. Management is rude. Told me not a problem at all.He told me food and employees are good. I left. Dirty restaurant. Employees not busy and push crumbs off table. Food on floor,not cleaned up. Host/Hostess and Waiters/Waitresses rude. They share the same behavior. Not volunteer to wait on female tables,give menu,talk to,rude looks,interrupt,try to start fights,rush to get rid of,give rude looks,said do not want to write down order not job:did anyway. ,walk away from female tables while waiting on them,Females had to go and ask employee to do job,walk away from female while waiting on them,not volunteer to give bill,food,drink,silverware,drinking glasses,gave wrong order and not volunteer to correct it,gave food ,bill, and drink and try to run away. Talk back rude continually. An example when female customers asked for drink then the employee asked if they wanted a drink. Not eat here.

I always ask my mom if we can go there for my birthday since I don't live in winston salem anymore! This is where they took me for my 21st birthday, and it was the best experience!

My family ate at Cities last night with a large group of friends. There were 8 adults and 6 children, including 4 in highchairs. Although it would have been a nightmare for most restaurants, and most servers would be flipping coins to see which unlucky person had to wait on us, we had the opposite experience at Cities! Our server was fantastic and prompt, she even took the orders for the kids first so they wouldn't have to wait as long for their food. The staff was friendly, despite the fact that we were probably very loud and their worst nightmare on a Saturday night, and the food was wonderful.

One of my all time favorite restaurants!! I'm not sure if it is the food or the atmosphere but I continue to go back here weekly.. the food is spectacular and the decor, even the ceiling is incredibly done.. service is great and they are usually busy at night but I have never had to wait more then 5 minutes!

I have been here twice now and we had Sam for our waiter,and you talk about service he is the best.I have told my friends about the restaurant and we had our two friends b-day there Sat the 15th and then headed to Tanglewood for the light show. The food was so good my girlfriend ordered the crab dip to go for her family. The portion you recieve was more than enough we all took half home. I had the salmon and it was perfect,my girlfriend had primerib she said it was wonderful. The desserts you can"t even imagine Sam brought it out and had written happy b-day in strawberry syrup that was so cute.So if you want to do something fun for the holiday go there for a girl night out meet Sam in the bar and then go to the lights you"ll have lots of fun.
