Really bad customer service the personal bankers know more than the financial center manager Rosa De Anda-Boone if you ever get this manager ask for someone else, she gives out false information and does whats easier for her and not the costumers, other than that the personal bankers are very helpful so if u need help ask the banker not the manager if its manager related ask for someone with higher authority never trust this manager with your money i had to file a claim just to get my money back into my account wich takes 25 business days and this was no 20 dollars it was over 700 dollars
