I have a local business and have been with various other banks. Citibank has the right combination of local service at the branch level and high account managers at the account level. You also get the feeling that it goes beyond the sale of the next service. This branch manager, Elise, is great as is the business account mnger Ryan.

I love this bank! Not only did they offer me money to join and get a free account with them, but they reward me for it! Additionally, they always have nice people working at their branches and the lines are seldom long, if at all existent. All around a great experience with them!
