I used to be a Wells Fargo customer, but since I moved to Chicago for college I have used Citibank since there is a branch near my school, and this Chula Vista location is accessible during the summers. I must say, I miss the warm and friendly customer service at Wells Fargo, and even the service at the other Citibank branch in Chicago. At both of those banks, they made me feel like they were my personal bank, and would go out of their way to be friendly and accommodating. They made going to the bank a good experience. At this Citibank, they are not exactly rude, but they are nowhere nearly as friendly as the employees at the other two banks. I suggest that they take a trip to Wells Fargo across the street and learn how to treat their customers, if they want to keep them.
