I was in the process and still am looking for a good bank that will and can handle all my needs. I went to citibank and I looked around reading material and one lady came in with a check her husband just passed away and she did not have the appropriate id to cash the check. The clerk began to scream and yell at her. The lady of course started crying because her feelings were hurt. I kind of got upset and I walked away. I was really saying to myself suppose that was me. Would I want to have my money with people who are nasty. In the interim of things the supervisor or bank manager came out and stepped in from their. I always advise people to observe an place that they are considering to put their money or handle any affairs. That was really scary. That was really unprofessional.
