The last 5 times I was in your store I walked out in disgust. Once to purchase a computer and 4 times to buy a satalite radio. Each time I waited approx. 15 to 20 minutes to be waited on. Everytime, I was ignored as if I was just a piece of store furniture.

Cons : Circuit City needs employee training and management that is alert to what is going on around them
