The staff (even the owner) doesn't have very good technical knowledge of the products they sell. The store is poorly merchandised, it's hard to find anything without asking for help. They tried to pull a classic swith-a-roo move on me once. I called and asked for a specific product (brand, model, size, etc.) and they said they had it in stock. When I came in to pay for it, I found out it was a totally different brand! When confronted about it, the owner nonchalantly (as if it's normal) replied, "Oh, they're the same thing."
