Let's be fair, here's my side
Marc contracted us to paint his apartment pool in December, remember how bad the weather was? He received a lower bid after work had been contracted and money changed hands. He immediately set about to get some of his money back. He and his staff were told to turn off the pool lights before we drained it as the switch was in a locked room. They did not and the bulbs burned out. Mark had the entire fixtures replaced at my expense. The job finished a week late due to Marc rescheduling the painting on one of the few good weather days we had to work with. When the pool was filled, some dirt behind the new light fixture ran down the wall into the pool. All it needed was a little brushing to clean it off. He used this as a further excuse to keep the second half of the money, about $1,300. So I guess Mark wins, he got a great job at 1/2 price. But why did Mark not call me since December? Why did he wait until mid-March to complain on the internet? Please contact me should you have any questions concerning this job. I have before and after pictures I like to show you. You be the judge.
To Helen K. - I don't know who you are, but if you will contact me, I will be happy to do what I can to make your job right..
