stop complaining people you didnt make your carpayment you all have bad credit thats why your doing business with cig they are HIGH RISK LOAN COMP so if you get mad thats on you make your payment and talk too the reps and you wont have a problem they are a gr8 comp when your late ill be the one picking up there unit

This company is the worse. I had asked for my car payment to be changed, and they told me that I only get one change. I said one of the employees changed it for me and she said it didn't matter. These people are very unprofessional. There has to be a way to take care of these issues. I asked to speak with the President and was told to send a letter addressed to the President. Who's to say he would even recieve it.
People should get together and do a class action against them.

This is the worst company ever unfortinately I have two accounts w/them one is mine the other my boyfriends.They share account info with anyone they get ahold of,they also try to discuss my acount with my boyfriend and mine with him. If you are late a few days they are harassing you and every one of your refrences.One employee called me continuosly one day threatening to "press charges on me because of what I told her" i did say something regarding the hispanic race so to speak mind you I am hispanic and I never harassed or threatend her.Lol was she upset when I asked if she wanted my new address to serve me papers,because I would press charges the company for sharing info with anyone and for harassing me.When I tried to speak to a manager he wasn't avail.the only good thing,I was able to get in contact with the owner he took down every persons name that I had ever spoke to and gave me a direct number to another man who took care of everything he also asked for names and assured me that action will be taken and know he is the only person that my boyfriend and I ever talk to not any of those other unperfessional lil girls

CIG IS ONE OF THE WORST FINANCIAL INSTITUTES I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I E-MAILED THEM FOR HELP BECAUSE THEY OVER CHARGED MY ACCOUNT. I NEVER GOT A RESPONSE. SENT THE SAME E-MAIL 3 MORE TIMES AND THEY IGNORED ME EACH TIME. THEY LOVE TO TAKE MONEY BUT THEY WONT TAKE CARE OF CUSTOMERS. I WOULD LOVE TO SEE THEM GO AWAY. I HAVE TWO OTHER VEHICLES FINANCED WITH CITI FINANCIAL AND WELLS FARGO AND HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH ONE OF THEM.
