I was just searching for the phone number for one of their other locations online so I could give them a call. Talking to one of the managers at another location, I had inquired if this store was still open. She said yes, so the note that this place is closed is incorrect. They are a great store and has very good pricing on their goods. They are also very friendly and helpful.‎

This Church Mouse Thrift Store is right on the Plaza in downtown Sonoma. Sales from here benefit St. Francis School. They carry clothing, linens, toys, knick-knacks of all kinds, books, shoes, and costumes. And they have a pretty good selection of it all at very good prices. The quality is decent and since it is right downtown, there are quite a number of locals and tourists who stop by.

A large and unique "thrift" store: Surprised me there was one and though I took the thrift part lightly, I was surprised to find not too high of prices. The average thrift store I can find the same types of items (ie labels, styles etc...) for about $3 less or so. The average price of a clothing item was almost $10 which for thrifting is high especially when it's brands like Forever 21 and such. Did find a handful or really nice cloth gin though. It's a large store packed w/ a little bit of everything. Lots of costumes in the back w/ some funky vintage clothing in the mix that can act as costumes. Worth checking out if you love to thrift like I do!

This store has a lot of merchandise that was donated to this store - I don't remember who benefits from the sales - they do have a lot of really nice merchandise - some of it is high end - all the prices are reasonable - the staff is friendly and helpful.
