One of my coil springs broke as I was leaving for work last week. I picked the mystery metal up from my driveway and took it in. I walked in with the piece, and he knew exactly what it was and what kind of car I drove, without even looking outside. He let me in the shop so I could see my car up on the hoist, and explained and fixed everything by the end of the day. I went back the next day for an oil change and they noticed a rattle that hadn't been caught the day before. Without knowing what exactly it was, Chuck said he'd take care of it because they didn't catch it the first time. And he lent me a car in the meantime!

A sign I've seen in numerous shops describes it well. You can get two out of three things here - either get it done right, get it done fast, or get it done cheap. If you want it done fast and right, it won't be cheap. If you want it done cheap, it will either not be fast or not be right.
