I had a terrible experience trying to return an item for store credit because the colors didn't work. NOTICE the 7 day return policy and the fact that that means NO EXCHANGES EITHER! I only wanted an in-store credit to get something I could use rather than a pillow that wound up not working color-wise in ANY room of the house. I wouldn't have even minded paying a re-stocking fee. I just wanted a friendly tone an accommodating attitude. She can resell the pillow, after all, but I'm stuck with an item I can't use.
