No matter what surgeon you are choosing, they all have great backgrounds and results and the focus for patient care is easily noticeable from the first meeting.

I had my teeth cleaned and was told I needed to have 2 fillings and a root canal. The office gave me a written quote. I set up an appointment to have the fillings done but specifically asked not to get the root canal. When I went in for the fillings, the doctor started numbing the area to do a root canal! I told him I had specifically instructed them NOT to do a root canal. He acted extremely irritated with me. I got the fillings done and paid the amount due. Then I got future bills, saying they had made a mistake on my quote and that I owed them more money. Ridiculous!! I'll NEVER go back. They are only interested in MONEY.

I would like to say the first time I visited this office last year it acutually made me want to go back. When it was time for the (big needle) I saw the needle but I was wondering how long it was going to take for me to start feeling the needle. Of course with modern technology the need was spinning causing me not to even know it was in my mouth. I don't have the words to really express how scared I was getting in the chair and how relaxed I was when I returned to my office. For any of the staff that may read this' Thank you" for being so busy that day yet taken time out for me the way all of you did. I did enjoy the tv some too and the laughing gas. Great team even under some pressure to be exact with dental procedures.
