Out of the four service reps sent out only the last one was up front and honest to state that the prior techs where not experienced enough to diagnose and repair our appliance. Cris & Sons proved to have poor customer service very limited technician experience and also shady sale practices. Finally and foremost, Cris& Sons did not fix our appliance and we are being charged for services not rendered.<br />
Pros: none
Cons: These guys are bad news.
