At the time my rental house was vacant and needed a lot of work to be done as quickly as possible. I called Mr. Cumbo on the phone. He was very pleasant and professional on the phone. He showed up promptly at the rental house to go over the work and gave me an estimate right shortly after the visit including the job finish time. I also checked out that he is liscenced and bonded and he does not hire any illegal workers and takes advantage of them. At the scheduled starting date, he and his crew showed up on time everyday. They were harding working, clean, pleasant and professional people just like Mr. Cumbo himself. They were very nice with my children and very considerate with my properties and belongings. Anything extra or changes along the way when I made them, they were very accommodating. I am very sensitive to smoke, the good news is none of Cumbo contruction workers including Mr. Cumbo is a smoker. Maybe they are in their private time, at least when they were working on my rental house, I did detect any smoker's odder or breath. Let's face it, homes are very personal and private places and you deal with the worker day in and day out for days, weeks or even months depending on how big your job is. It is extremely important that you trust and feel comfortable and be able to communicate with the workers who come in and out your home during the period of time. All of Mr. Cumbo's workers are fluent in Enlish. I highly recommend to hire this company for any work you need to be done for your homes. You can not go wrong. --- Thank you once again, Mr. Cumbo and your guys for the wonderful work you have done and especially the beautiful stone wall you built for me. Everyday, people say nice words about the beautiful wall and I proudly tell them to contact Mr. Cumbo if they want one just like that!
