I have not been to the Chhandam School, but I took Kathak at SFSU with Chitresh Das and he really is a master in this art form. As a hip hop, jazz and modern dancer I signed up for this classical Indian dance form not knowing I would be so effected and learn so much about myself. I recommend studying Kathak with Chitresh to anyone! He's an amazing teacher and human being! The company is also great and I recommend going to their concerts.

CONS: Can be a little blunt, but I liked being pushed
