Excellent service after the sale, too.‎
We've had to buy all new furniture after living on the road in an RV for a few years, and we're doing so slowly, as we can. We've purchased all of our "soft goods" new--things like mattresses and sofas--at Chinatowne. We have found good quality and friendly service. However, on the couple of occasions when we have experienced problems, their service has been outstanding! They go well beyond expectations to make sure the customer is happy to come back and to live with their purchases for a long time. We won't shop for new furniture anywhere else after our most recent experience with Chinatowne.‎
