Deep dish?
What happened? I thought this place had excellent deep dish pizza, what a disappointment. Their deep dish pizza was a joke, if you want good deep dish pizza go to Lou Malnati's or D'Agastino's, they got much better deep dish pizza than Chicago's.

poor attention to detail
I ordered using the online form. I ordered grilled calamari and got fried calamari. When I filled out the SOLICITED feedback form, no one got back to me, so presumably they don't care. I also tried to order the other day and found out that the online menu is not up to date and was informed that what I wanted was no longer available. Then the guy tried to act like it was my fault that I ordered something that wasn't available. I hung up.

That's right, I do love the pizza here and they deliver til 5am. The food is expensive but you wont care once you are eating!! They also have really good pasta.

Not as good as you'd think
I don't know why this locations is so different from the others, but it is. I've been to some of the other Chicago's pizza locations and for late night pizza and they've been pretty good. I wouldn't say that they're gourmet, but it's pretty tasty. This location never really satisfies me. Either the crust is burt, or there's an ingredient missing, or something else is wrong with my order. And to top it all off, I always end up waiting an extra 10-20 minutes longer than they promised. This location is closer, but I guess from now on I'll have to go elsewhere.

This is my favorite Chicago's Pizza location. Not sure why because it's really small and kind of funky, but there is something about it that's great. It's all about the pizza. Order at the counter. There are only about 5 tables. Bright lights. GOOD pizza. If you're looking for romantic or classy this is not the place, but if you're looking for late night food or a snack or a friendly outing this is the location.
